For everyone who missed the Ride For Kids Charity Ride Sunday June 2019, all I can say is “You missed a good one!” This was the first time I had the privilege to be a part of this ride, but for sure it won’t be the last.
I was met by David B and Bob C at the fair grounds. After searching around for a staff member we were able to find a real nice lady who agreed to let David and Bob slid up to my position in line. This was met by another MC brother who also agreed to let them in line in front of him.
Our VP Matt Hester and Deputy Kingsbury did a great job of escorting the Motorcycles and Sidecars on the route thru Cumming, up to Dawsonville and back to the Fairgrounds without any mishaps.
It was beautiful day for the ride which brought out at total of 261 Motorcycles and 109 K raised for the cure for kid’s brain tumors!
Hat’s off to all the sponsors who worked very hard in putting this great event together for the kids who have suffered from this deadly disease.
Ride With Pride and be safe!
